Turn onto the A470 heading into the city centre. Once in the city, go past the castle on your right, over the bridge and turn left at the second set of traffic lights onto Lower Cathedral Road. Take first left onto Green Street. Drive to the end of the street and turn left down a private road where at the end Belgrave Court car park is located.
